Dante Moyer is a personal trainer with years of experience, specializing in personalized workout plans that combine strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility routines.

Passionate about health and wellness, Dante stays updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques. He motivates clients through positive reinforcement and sets achievable milestones to track progress. Known for his friendly demeanor, Dante works effectively with both beginners and seasoned athletes, aiming to empower clients to lead healthier, more active lives.

Cara Hoving

When Cara's not at the gym training you can find her enjoying every aspect of the Colorado's outdoors. From paddle-boarding, wakeboarding, or snowboarding, tennis, basketball, or soccer. You name it. She has a nutrition degree from Bradley University, where she played Division 1 basketball. With Cara's wide variety of athletic background, you'll never be bored and always learning new movements to help you with your training goals.

Shannon Derby

Shannon believes personal training is just that personal – designed just for you; and training – an opportunity to work towards a goal.

Whether the goal is weight loss, overall muscle tone and strength, rehabilitation, sports performance, or general health and fitness, she is here to design a program for you.

Shannon as been in the fitness industry since 1986. She has managed corporate wellness programs, health clubs, worked with individual clients and taught classes in that time. She enjoys what she does tremendously and expects her clients to enjoy their time with her equally as much. She feels the process of moving towards a goal should be educational, motivating and just plain fun.

Jason McQueen

Jason will be able to create individualized plan for you based on your goals, needs, injuries and other factors. He will gather all the necessary information and create a plan based on where your are starting and where you need to go. He will customize an enjoyable, challenging and extremely rewarding experience for you.

In order for you to succeed, you should be having fun! His expertise will create a goal-based program that motivates you every step of the way. To Jason, you are not just a client. You are part of his family. Jason really cares about your well-being and he will work with you on a personal level to help you achieve these goals. He has extensive experience with athletes from numerous sports and those recovering from injuries. He has worked with novice, recreational and professional individuals from various walks of life.

His new certification has made him an expert in Chronic Pain Therapy. Kinetix Fascial Integration is a unique approach to permanent pain relief without the use of drugs.
