I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1986. (I started when I was 10. Just kidding!) I have managed corporate wellness programs, health clubs, worked with individual clients and taught classes in that time. I enjoy what I do tremendously and expect my clients to enjoy their time with me equally as much. I feel the process of moving towards a goal should be educational, motivating and just plain fun!

You are part of his family. Jason really cares about your well-being and he will work with you on a personal level to help you achieve these goals. He has extensive experience with athletes from numerous sports and those recovering from injuries. He has worked with novice, recreational and professional individuals from various walks of life.
His new certification has made him an expert in Chronic Pain Therapy. Kinetix Fascial Integration is a unique approach to permanent pain relief without the use of drugs.
